A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF AN ALLEY NEAR THE DOWNTOWN OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL
BANK OF WATERLOO, AS MAY 4, 1981, AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1- That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 4th day of May, 1981 . for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
convey an alley requested by the National Bank of Waterloo owned
by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows :
The Northwesterly ten (10) feet of the Southeasterly
one hundred ten (110) feet of Lot No . Four (4) and
the Southwesterly twenty (20) feet of the Northwesterly
ten (10) of the Southeasterly one hundred ten (110)
feet of Lot No. One (1) in Block No . Four (4) ,
Original Plat on East Side , Waterloo , Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
An easement should be retained over , under , and above
the above described parcel .
Section 2- That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
