RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EASEMENT ADDENDUM WITH THE
WATERLOO HOUSING PARTNERS FOR RIDGE VILLAGE WEST
LOCATED AT 1620 DOWNING AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the easement addendum dated April 13, 1981 for Ridge Village
West located at 1620 Downing Avenue by and between Waterloo
Housing Partners and the City of Waterloo, Iowa be approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute said document .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April , 1981.
