RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS ,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST. ETC. , F.Y. 1981
RACHAEL STREET TORM SEWER, CONTRACT NO. 212 .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y.
1981 Rachael Street Storm Sewer , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Contract No. 212 and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary specifi-
cations , form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 1981 Rachael Street
Storm Sewer, known as Contract No. 212 which were preliminarily
approved on March 23 , 1981 , and
WHEREAS, a Public hearing, upon notice , was held on April
13 , 1981, and no objections were made, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1981 Rachael Street Storm Sewer, in
the City of Waterloo , Iowa, known as Contract No. 212 , be , and
the same are hereby approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April , 1981.
