RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS ,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC , FOR F.Y. 1981
COLUMBUS AREA STORM SEWER RAVENWOOD INTERCEPTOR,
CONTRACT NO. 211.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc. , for the F.Y.
1981 Columbus Area Storm Sewer Ravenwood Interceptor, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 211 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary specifica-
tions , form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1981 Columbus Area
Storm Sewer Ravenwood Interceptor, known as Contract No. 211 ,
which were p:rel.iminarily approved on March 23 , 1981, and
WHEREAS , a Public hearing , upon notice , was held on April ,
13 , 1981, and no objections were made , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
THAT said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1981 Columbus Area Storm Sewer Ravenwood
Interceptor, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, known as Contract No .
211, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April , 1981.
