RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS ,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC . , FOR F.Y.
1981 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM CONTRACT NO. 221 .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract, etc, , for the F.Y.
1981 Sidewalk Repair Program, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
known as Contract No. 221 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary specifications ,
form of contract , etc. , for the F.Y. 1981 Sidewalk Repair Program
known as Contract No. 221, which were preliminarily approved
on March 23 , 1981, and
WHEREAS, a Public hearing, upon notice , was held on April
13 , 1981 , and no objections were made, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1981 Sidewalk Repair Program in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 221 , be , and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April, 1981.
