RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH CERTAIN PUBLIC
AGENCIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING
AND GOVERNING A BLACK HAWK COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE
INFORMATION SYSTEM PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 E . 1981
CODE OF IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement with Black Hawk County, the .City of Cedar Falls ,
City of Evansdale, and First Judicial District for the purpose
of establishing , maintaining and governing a Black Hawk County
Criminal Justive Information System pursuant to Chapter 28E ,
1981 Code of Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to executed the
same in behalf of the City of Watelroo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of April, 1981.
