RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH TELECONNECT INTEGRATED
BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE CITY' S TELEPHONE SYSTEM,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the contract for the City' s telephone system by and between Teleconnect
Integrated Business Communications , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of April , 1981 .
