RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND
BOND
CLARK CONTRACTING CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWAFOROTHEAPPAARA-
MOUNT PARK IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 218 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the contract of Dale J. Clark Contracting Co . of Waterloo , Iowa for
the Paramount Park Improvements , Contract No. 218 in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 6th day of April , 1981
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of
said contract signed by the Merchants Mutual Bonding Co . of Des
Moines , Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby, approved .
Passed and adopted this 6th day of April , 1981.
