RESOLUTION DENYING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BUFFALO HEAD
ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA:
WHEREAS , on this 6th day of April , 1981 , at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, the Preliminary Plat of
Buffalo Head Addition, Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa was presented
for approval , and
WHEREAS , said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted to and
has been denied by the Waterloo City Plan and Program Commission, and
WHEREAS , said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive
the denial of this Council ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Buffalo Head Addition,
Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby denied, and
the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa are hereby
authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to said
Resolution.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of April , 1981 .
