RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR TRACT B,
SOUTHLAND PARK, GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTHERLY OF
PRESCOTTS DRIVE AND EASTERLY OF FOSTORIA DRIV.. AND
ZONED "R-3 , R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT A ..

27 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 o ' clock P .M. , on the 27th day of April ;
1981, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan
for Tract B, Southland Park, generally located Southerly of
Prescotts Drive and Easterly of Fostoria Drive and Zoned "R-3 ,
R-P" Planned Residence District, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier .
Passed and adopted this 6th day of April , 1981.
