RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT INTERSECTION OF SHILLIAM & HALSTEAD STREETS
IN SHILLIAM' S THIRD SUBDIVISION AS APRIL 27 , 1981 AT
7 : 00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 27th day of April, 1981 for the purpose
of considering the sale of a parcel of property legally described
as follows :
Lots One (1) through Five (5) Blk. 6 , Shilliam' s
Third Subdivision, City of Waterloo , Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and
place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier .
