RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
RECEIVING OF BIDS AS APRIL 27 , 1981 AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON THE PROPOSAL TO SELL
AND CONVEY A PORTION OF SECTION 29-89-13 , TO A DE-
VELOPER SELECTED hY THE WATERLOO CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
1 . That public hearing and receiving of bids will be held
by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Waterloo , Iowa, at 7 : 00 o ' clock
P.M. on this 27th day of April , 1981 on the proposal to sell
and convey certain real property located near the intersection
of Sager Avenue and Fleur Drive , owned by the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa described as :
Parcel A
The West 2 of the Northwest k of the Northeast 4 of Section
29 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P .M. in
the City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa and excepting
all legal streets and highways .
Parcel B
The East 2 of the northeast 4 of the Northwest 4 of Section
29 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P .M. in
the City of Cedar Falls , Black Hawk County , Iowa and ex-
cepting all legal streets and highways .
Parcel C
The East 300 feet of' the Southeast 4 of the Northwest 4
of Section 29 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th
P.M. in the City of Cedar Falls , Black Hawk County , except
the Easterly 91 feet of the Southerly 413 feet thereof, and
excepting all legal streets and highways .
to a developer selected by Waterloo City Council , plus costs .
2 . That the City Council is hereby authorized and directed
to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Daily Courier by publication once not less than 4 days
nor more than 20 days before the meeting of the Council at which
said proposal is to be acted on.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of April , 1981.
