Council Member Wilharm introduced the
following Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION DIRECTING
PREPARATION OF DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO, IOWA,
F.Y. 1981 PAVING PROGRAM (CONTRACT NO. 213 ) " and moved that it
be adopted. Council Member Getty seconded
the motion to adopt. The roll was called and the vote was,
AYES: Bowers , Burton, Dowie, Getty,
Penaluna, Roehr, Wilharm
NAYS: NONE
Whereupon, the Mayor declared the following Resolution
duly adopted: Resolution No . 1981-138
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO
BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO, IOWA, F.Y. 1981
PAVING PROGRAM (CONTRACT NO. 213 )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That the City Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to
prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and specifica-
tions for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1981
Paving Program (Contract No. 213 ) .
c BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered
