RESOLUTION ADOPTING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY FOR F .Y.
1981 Paving Program (Contract No . 213) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Resolution of Necessity introduced at a meeting of
this Council on March 16 , 1981 , for the construction of the
Waterloo , Iowa, F.Y. 1981 Paving Program (Contract No . 213) ,
described in said Resolution of Necessity, notice having been
given as required by law for hearing thereon, be and the same is
hereby adopted and all objections filed have been fully considered
and are hereby overruled.
Passed and approved, this 6th day of April , 1981 .
