RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED FEBRUARY 13 , 1981 , FROM BRICE, PETRIDES &
ASSOCIATES , INC. , ENGINEERS , FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR SEWER SYSTEM EVALUATION SURVEY, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc . , Engineers , Waterloo ,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with the Sewer
System Evaluation Survey in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc . , as shown
in their statement dated February 13 , 1981 is $26, 200 .44, now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc . , be paid the sum of $26, 200.44
being payment for the statement dated February 13 , 1981 , on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
Sewer System Evaluation Survey, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc . of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of March, 1981 .
