RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WATERLOO TO PROCEED
WITH THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $4, 270 , 000 GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK
TO BEGIN PROCEEDINGS FOR THE BOND SALE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that, the City of Waterloo, Iowa proceed with the issuance and
sale of $4, 270 , 000 General Obligation Bonds and directing the
City Clerk to begin proceedings for the bond sale .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the firm of Ahlers , Cooney, Dorweiler,
Haynie, and Smith be employed as bonding attorneys for said bond
sale.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of March, 1981 .
