RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEED
FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ON ALEXANDRA CIRCLE AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
that , the Warranty Deed, dated November 7 , 1979 , from James W. and
Marjorie M. Youngblut , conveying unto the City of Waterloo , Iowa
certain real property described as follows :
A parcel of land located in Southtown, Waterloo ,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot No . 12 ,
Southtown, Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa;
thence N. 89° 26 ' 30" E . along the South R-O-W
line of Southtown Drive a distance of 60 . 00 feet ;
thence South a distance of 300 . 00 feet ; thence
N . 89° 26 ' 30" E . a distance of 698 . 84 feet to
the West line of Lot No . 9 , Southtown; thence
North along said West line a distance of 300 .000
feet to said South R-O-W line ; thence N . 89
26' 30" E . along said South R-O-W line a distance
of 60 . 00 feet ; thence South a distance of 300 . 00
feet ; thence Southwesterly along a curve concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 60 . 00 feet
