RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF BLAINE MILLER TO REZONE FROM
"A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "R-1" ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND OF 4.85 ACRES LOCATED
WEST OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND SOUTH OF BLAINE ROAD AS APRIL
16 , 1981 AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 13th day of April , 1981 for the purpose
of considering and acting upon an application of Blaine Miller
to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-1" One and Two
Family Residence District a parcel of land generally located west
of Kimball Avenue and south of Blaine Road and legally described
as follows :
The east 633 feet of the north 642 feet of the
SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21 , Township 89 north,
Range 13 west , of the 5th P.M. , except the
Northerly 308 feet thereof, located in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier .
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of March, 1981 .
