A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A STANDBY
ELECTRIAL GENERATING SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO
AND TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS APRIL 6 , 1981 , AT
7 : 00 P .M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND IN-
STRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1- That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 6th day of April , 1981 ,for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed plans
and specifications for a standby electrical generating system
for City Hall in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construc-
tion bids therefore.
Section 2- That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of March, 1981 .
