being payment for the statement dated March 2 , 1981 , on said W , aQ

contract for services rendered in connection with the Downtown 80 ' s Q
Project , Phase III, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to Communication Network Systems of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1981 .
