BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA 1H
That the bid of Dale Jo Clark Contracting Company of Waterloo, Iowa, ,A s cvO
for the Paramount Park Improvements in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, filed

with the City Clerk in accordance with the terms of the published nd ice '
calling for proposals for the construction of the said improvement', Ire ,
and the same is hereby, accepted, the bid of Dale Jo Clark Contracting
Company in the amount of $23, 471.52 , being the lowest legal bid received
on said proposal , and that the contract be awarded to Dale Jo Clark Con-
tracting Company of Waterloo , Iowa, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be , and
they are hereby, authorized, instructed and ordered to enter into a con-
tract on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa, for the construction of
the said improvement with the said Dale Jo Clark Contracting Company ,
but said contract shall not be binding upon said city until the same has
been duly approved by the council,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other bids for said improvement
be , and they are hereby, rejected, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to return unto the persons filing the same the certified
checks accompanying such rejected bids ,
Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1981 .
