WHEREAS , a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 9 , 1981 ,

and no objections were made , now, therefore, ,-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That said proposed plans , specifications , etc. , for the F.Y. 1981
18th Street Bridge Painting and Repairs , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa, known as Contract No . 220 , be , and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1981 .
