RESOLUTION APPROVING SANITARY SEWER CROSSING LICENSE OF
THE CHICAGO AND NORTH WESTERN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
FOR MARTIN ROAD PLAZA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
LICENSE BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, THAT
the sanitary sewer crossing license with the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company for Martin Road Plaza, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of March, 1981 .
