RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 15, 2010, in the amount of
$223,100.00, to provide design services for rehabilitation of
Taxiway "B", Terminal Apron (Phase 3A), Taxiway "A" East and
Taxiway "E" at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
