RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR A MOTO-
CROSS/FLAT TRACK AT 2220 BLACK HAWK ROAD AS MARCH
23, 1981 AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 23rd day of March, 1981 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a special permit for a moto-cross/
flat track at 2220 Black Hawk Road, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of March, 1981 .
