RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
BE GIVEN ON ESTABLISHMENT AN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY TAX
EXEMPTION AS MARCH 9 , 1981 ,AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 o' clock P .M. on the 9th day of March,
1981 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a property
tax exemption for industrial property within the City of
Waterloo.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of February, 1981 .
