A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PERMANENT
EASEMENT AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE F.Y. 1981
RACHAEL STREET STORM SEWER, CONTRACT NO. 212 .
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo is engaged in the F.Y. 1981
Rachael Street Storm Sewer, Contract No. 212 , and,
W-REREAS ,Richard A. Young and the Waterloo Community School
District are owners of some of the land required for said project,
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that certain permanent easement agreements with
said property owners be approved, and the Clerk instructed to
have said easement agreements recorded.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of February, 1931 .
