RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF
APPLICATION TO THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT
GRANT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application in the amount of $933,213.00, with no
required local match, for Transportation Enhancement grant funds
for the development of the Cedar Valley River Renaissance Trail
from Mullan Avenue to Park Avenue, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
