RESOLUTION NO. 2023-170
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH MIDWEST PLAYSCAPES OF SAVAGE, MINNESOTA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $420,490.20, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FY 2024 GATES PARK RENOVATION AMENITIES
PURCHASE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated March 20, 2023, between Playscapes of Savage, Minnesota
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $420,490.20, in conjunction with the FY 2024
Gates Park Renovation Amenities purchase, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 2023.
