RESOLUTION NO. 2023-174 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY HALL & HALL ENGINEERS ON BEHALF OF MANN ROAD STORAGE, LLC, FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF UNIVERSITY PROGRESS ADDITION, A 4-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT AND ADJACENT TO 3810 UNIVERSITY AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 20th day of March 2023, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of University Progress Addition, a 4-lot Commercial Subdivision located at and adjacent to 3810 University Avenue, was presented for approval by Hall & Hall Engineers on behalf of Mann Road Storage, LLC, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on January 10, 2023, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by Hall & Hall Engineers on behalf of Mann Road Storage, LLC, of the University Progress Addition, a 4-lot Commercial Subdivision located at and adjacent to 3810 University Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
