RESOLUTION NO. 2023-154
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO OPT INTO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS CONCERNING
OPIOD LITIGATION AGAINST TEVA AND ALLERGAN
(MANUFACTURERS) AND CVS, WALGREENS AND WAL
MART (PHARMACIES).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute documents to join the
National Prescription Opioid Litigation against Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walmart and Walgreens
Opioid Settlements.
