RESOLUTION NO. 2023-162
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 3, 2023, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT ARFF STATION PARKING AREA AND ROADWAY
ACCESS PROJECT, FAA AIP PROJECT NO. 3-19-0094-055,
AND DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Waterloo Regional Airport ARFF Station Parking Area and Roadway Access Project,
FAA AIP Project No. 3-19-0094-055, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport
ARFF Station Parking Area and Roadway Access Project, FAA AIP Project No. 3-19-0094-055,
was held on December 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of April 2023, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport ARFF Station Parking Area
and Roadway Access Project, FAA AIP Project No. 3-19-0094-055.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 2023.
