RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY ASSURANCE STATEMENT
WITH TEE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR AC-
QUISITION OF FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY,AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID STATEMENT BY THE MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWWA
that the right-of-way assurance statement with the Iowa Depart-
ment of Transportation for acquisition of future right-of-way,
for highway projects funded with Federal-Aid funds between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of February, 1981 .
