RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A
COMPLIANCE
AGREEMENT WITH THE U. S . DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING A AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OR WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Compliance Agreement by and between the U. S . Department
of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Waterloo , Iowa
be and the same is hereby a pproved, and. the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of February, 1981 .
