A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE LOCAL FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is engaged in a Local Flood
Control Project, and
WHEREAS, The Rath Packing Company, the Owner, of some of
the land required for construction right of way, and
WHEREAS, the Rath Packing Company has provided a Temporary
Easement Agreement stipulating under what conditions the City of
Waterloo may construct levees and other flood control devices
on his land,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized
to execute the proposed Temporary Easement Agreement on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of the executed Easement
Agreement be returned to the Owner for his records.
