RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1 , 561. 80 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO ELDON HERBSLEB RETIRED
AS AN EMPLOYEE OF STREET DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 15th day of January, 198l ,Eldon Herbsleb retired
as an employee of Street Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS ,Eldon Herbsleb has accumulated 28 hours of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same,and
WHEREAS ,Eldon Herbsleb has earned and is entitled to 200 hours
vacation pay,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Eldon Herbsleb be paid the total sum of $1 , 561 . 80 being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that
the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Eldon Herbsleb .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 26th day of January,
1981, approved by the Mayor on the 28th day of January , 1981.
