RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE
NO. 3 DATED JANUARY 6 , 1981,FROM LEHMAN TRUCKING AND
EXCAVATING WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED
FOR HACKETT ROAD SANITARY SEWER PUMPING STATION
STORAGE BASIN AND CONTROLS , CONTRACT NO 206 AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS ,Lehman Trucking and Excavating,Waterloo, Iowa,has
performed work and furnished material in connection with
Hackett Road Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station Storage Basin and
Controls , Contract No . 206 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rend-
ered by the said Lehman Trucking and Excavating,as shown on
Engineer' s statement dated January 6 , 1981 is $26 , 892 . 27 ,now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: that Lehman Trucking and Excavating be paid the sum of
$26 , 892. 27 being payment for the statement dated January 6 , 1981 ,
on said contract for services rendered in connection with the
Hackett Road Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station Storage Basin and
Controls , Contract No. 206 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to the said Lehman Trucking and Excavating, of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of January, 1981.
