RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF
FRED CARLSON COMPANY INC . OF DECORAH, IOWA FOR THE
SHAULIS ROAD PAVING PROJECT NO. M-6470 (2) -/18-07
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACt-NO 201.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Fred Carlson Company, Inc . , of Decorah, Iowa
for the Shaulis Road Paving Project No M-6470(2) --81-07 in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 26th day of
January, 1981, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the Seaboard Surety Company
of New York,N.Y. , as surety thereon,be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of January, 1981 .
