RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRAILER CURRENTLY USED BY
CWS TRUCK-RAIL-TRUCK SERVICE TO OCCUPY THE PREMISES
AT OR ABOUT THE INTERSECTION OF E . FOURTH STREET AND
SUMNER STREETS FOR SIX MONTHS , WITH REVIEW OF THE
ORDINANCE REGULATING MOBILE HOMES .
WHEREAS , CWS Truck-Rail-Truck Service maintains its current
business in a trailer generally located at the intersection of E .
Fourth and Sumner Streets , and
WHEREAS , trailers are not generally allowed on premises other
than registered mobile home parks .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the trailer occupied by BWS Truck-Rail-Truck
Service be allowed to occupy the premises generally located at the
intersection of E . Fourth and Sumner Streets for six months .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ordinance regulating mobile
homes be reviewed for possible changes .
Passed and adopted this 26th day of January, 1981 .
