AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2,P" PLAN-
NED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
230 SQUARE FOOT TELECOMMUNICA-
TION FACILITY LOCATED NORTH OF
2365 NORTHEAST DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-

That the request of Weathedield Realty
Group, LLC. for a site plan amendment to
the "'R-4, R-P" Planned Residence
District" located north of 2365 Northeast
Drive, to construct a new 230 square foot
telecommunication facility, and legally
described as follows: A THE WESTERLY
65 FEET OF LOT 2, EXCEPT THE
SOUTH 227 FEET THEREOF, IN
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT
NO. 1, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, shall be and is
hereby approved.
