MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY
JASON FOWLER TO REZONE AP-
PROXIMATELY 0.28 ACRES FROM
"C-1" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "C-1,
C-Z" CONDITIONAL COMMERCIAL DIS-
TRICT TO CONSTRUCT A VEHICLE
STORAGE FACILITY LOCATED EAST
OF 709 DEARBORN AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That the
request by Jason Fowler to rezone
approximately 0.28 acres from "C-1"
Commercial District to "C-1, C-Z' Condi-
tional Commercial District to construct a
vehicle storage facility located east of 709
Dearborn Avenue, and legally described
