AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY
OF WATERLOO CODE OF
ORDINANCES CHAPTER 5,
MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, OF TITLE 9,
BUILDING REGULATIONS.
This is a summary of the ordinance
amending the City of Waterloo Code of
Ordinances Chapter 5 Mechanical Sys-
tems, of Title 9, Building Regulations:
The general purpose of this Ordinance is
to amend the City of Waterloo Code of
Ordinances Chapter 5 Mechanical Sys-
tems, of Title 9, Building Regulations by
adopting the 2021 International Mechani-
cal Code and the 2021 International Fuel
Gas Code.
The above is only a summary of the
Ordinance and not the complete text of
the Ordinance. Questions should be
directed to the office of the City Building
Inspector. The Ordinance may be inspec-
ted in its entirety at the office of the City
Clerk 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa
50703, from Monday through Friday
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m.
The Ordinance will become effective upon
publication of this summary.
