held by the Council o1 the City of
Waterloo, lowo, to approve the request by
Tony Fischels for a S4e Plan Amendment
to construct a new 50,400 square foot
warehouse building in the M-2,P" Plan-
ned Industrial District located at the
southeast comer of Leversee Road and
Hyper Drive, legally descried as follows:

AS RECORDED IN COUNTY RECORD-
