PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th
day of March 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
South Hills Senior Living, LLC, for a Site
Plan Amendment to allow for the
corstmction of a 9,307 square foot (23
stall) parking garage in the "R-4,R-P"
Planned Residence District located at
1117 Maxhelen Boulevard, legally descri-
bed as follows:
LOT NO.1 AND LOT NO. 2 IN
GUERNSEY PARK, WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear et
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
Cily Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
