PORT
In the City of Waterloo, Iowa
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications. form
of contract, and estimate of cost for the
constmctfon of the above -described im-
provement project a15:30 p.m. on the 3rd
day of April, 2023, said hearing to be held
in the Harokl E. Getty Council Chambers
in Oily Hall in said City. Any person
interested therein may file written objec-
tion thereto with the City Clerk before the
date set for said hearing, or appear and
make objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for said hearing, or
appear and make objection thereto at the
meeting above set forth.

Chapter 26 of the City Code of Iowa and
