In the City of Waterloo, Iowa
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will condoo a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, fain
of contract, and estimate of cost for the
construction of the above -described im-
provement project at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd
day of April, 2023, said hearing to be held
in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
in City Hall in sed City. Any person
interested theren may file written objec-
tion thereto with the City Clerk before the
date set for said heating, or appear and
make objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for said hearing, or
appear and make objection thereto at the
meeting above set forth.
