RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLAN AND PROGRAM COMMISSION STAFF TO
DENY ALL REQUESTS FOR PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
PERFORMED ON PROPERTY LOCATED OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED URBAN
REVITALIZATION DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has adopted an Urban Revitalization Plan, and
WHEREAS, said plan applies only to those properties lying within a defined
geographical area:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
any request received which lies outside the geographical boundaries of the plan area
be automatically denied by the staff of the Plan and Program Commission.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of January, 1981 .
