RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION OF ELMER WOOD FOR PROPERTY TAX
EXEMPTION FOR IMPROVEMENTS PERFORMED ON THE PROPERTY AT 316
GLENWOOD WITHIN THE URBAN REVITALIZATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Elmer Wood has submitted an application dated January 19, 1981 , to the
City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, requesting to receive an exemption from
taxation on the actual value added by improvements to the property located at 316
Glenwood, more fully described as follows:
Lot 4, Central Sub.
and,
WHEREAS, said property lies outside the designated Urban Revitalization District
in Waterloo, Iowa, as previously established by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said application is hereby denied and the owner of said real estate so informed.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of January, 1981 .
