RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $10 , 057 . 52
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
LLOYD HAMBLY RESIGNED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
STREET DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of January, 1981, Lloyd Hambly resigned
as an employee of the Street Department in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Lloyd Hambly has accumulated 839 hours of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , Lloyd Hambly has earned and is entitled to 200 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Lloyd Hambly be paid the total sum of $10 , 057 . 52 being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and
that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to Lloyd Hambly.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 12th day of January,
1981, approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of January, 1981 .
