RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC . , FOR F.Y. 1981
PAVING PROGRAM NO. 2 , KLINGAMAN KNOLLS AREA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK.
WHEREAS , engineering services for F.Y. 1981 Paving Program No , 2 ,
Klingaman Knolls Area, Contract No. 219 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the Engineering Contract dated January 12 , 1981 for the F.Y. 1981
Paving Program No. 2 , Klingaman Knolls Area, Contract No . 219 , between
Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo , Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1981 .
